How to Order Plants from Our Farm

**Please note: We have stopped Cash on Delivery (COD) due to past experiences. All orders will be processed with advance payment only. Couriers will be sent via DTDC, and the charges will be actuals.**

Steps to Order:

1. Browse Our Catalog:

   - Check our catalog on WhatsApp by messaging us at 9072185909

   - You can also find the catalog link in our Instagram bio at Liz Pepper Gardens

2. Select Your Plants:

   - Choose the plants you wish to purchase and note down their details.

3. Place Your Order:

   - Send us a message on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram at (hyperlinked above) with the following details:

     - Your name

     - Full address (including pincode)

     - Contact number

     - List of plants and quantities you wish to order

4. Receive Order Confirmation:

   - We will confirm the availability of your selected plants and provide you with the total cost, including the courier charges.

5. Make the Payment:

   - Transfer the total amount to our bank account via [payment methods accepted, e.g., bank transfer, UPI, etc.]. We will share the details in your inbox upon confirmation. 

   - Share the payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) with us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

6. **Order Processing:**

   - Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order.

7. **Shipping:**

   - Your plants will be carefully packed and shipped via DTDC.

   - We will share the tracking details once the courier is dispatched.

8. **Receive Your Plants:**

   - Track your shipment and receive your plants at your doorstep.

 Important Notes:

- **Advance Payment Only:** No COD orders will be accepted.

- **Courier Charges:** Courier charges are based on actuals and will be added to your total bill.

- **Delivery Time:** Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
